6 Days Kenya Safari Masai Game Reserve and the Lakes

After breakfast pick up from your hotel at 8:00am and drive west for Maasai Mara Game Reserve with lunch enroute arriving in time for evening game drive, Masai Mara game reserve which is Kenya's finest wildlife sanctuary. Including migrants, well over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. Although July, August and September are the months when the Mara plains are filled with migrating wildebeest and zebra, there is also resident wildlife year round. The famous Maasai tribesmen live within the dispersal area of the game reserve. Dinner and overnight at Serena Mara Lodge, Sarova Mara Lodge, Ashnil Mara Lodge or Similar.

After breakfast you will be picked from your hotel with your picnic Lunch Box and proceed on a full day of game viewing within the reserve the landscape is scenic savannah grassland on rolling hills. The reserve is the best park for game in Kenya as it has an extensive road and track network which allows for close range viewing and photography. Break for your picnic lunch at the hippo pool, looking out for hippos and crocodile. Dinner and overnight at the Serena Mara Lodge, Sarova Mara Lodge, Ashnil Mara Lodge or Similar.

Pre-breakfast game drive before returning to the permanent lodge for breakfast and our departure for Lake Nakuru. A picnic lunch will be served on the way. Lake Nakuru is a bird's paradise, especially for the flamingoes. In fact Lake Nakuru is quite often called "The Pink Lake". Apart from birds, Nakuru also offers a wide variety of small game such as Rhino, Water Buck, Impala, Buffalo and Gazelle. Dinner and overnight at the Lake Nakuru Lodge or Sarova Lion Hill Lodge, Flamingo Hill Tented Camp.

During the morning we will game view at Lake Nakuru before proceeding to Lake Baringo after lunch. Boat trips are available on this lake and are available to our clients. There is an extra charge for this service. Dinner and overnight at the Spa Lodge.

This is the true naturalist’s lake with flamingoes in their thousands. We will be able to explore on foot but caution must be taken while walking near the hot springs. In the afternoon we will depart from Nairobi to arrive late evening.
